Day 1: Ulaanbaatar
Upon arrival in Ulaanbaatar you will be greeted by your guide and driver and transferred to a hotel. Half and full day tours are available. Overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 2: Khar Zurkhnii Khukh Lake
Travel to Khar Zurkhnii Khukh Lake for 170kms, a famous historical place where lords of many Mongolian tribes were conferred the title of “Chinggis Khaan” to the king of United Mongolia in 1189. On the way visit to Chinggis Khaan statue complex. Stay overnight in Ger camp.(B/L/D)
Day 3: Jargalant valley
Drive to Jargalant valley for 40 km and visit Nomad family.They offer unconventional home-made special dairy products, such as “aaruul”-dried curds, Suuteitsai-Mongolian salty milk tea and Boortsog-Mongolian biscuit- and so on. Day to experience in nomadic life and culture! You will have a chance to see nomads’ daily chores, particularly the producing of dairy products; even you can give hands in the process. You can interact with nomad people and get more intimate with their nature hugging lifestyle. In the evening you will be mentored with a lesson on “Shagai”- Anklbone, the bones are collected and used for traditional games. You will enjoy the game of “Horse racing” with the family members. Stay overnight in the Ger of Nomad family.(B/L/D)
Day 4: Baldan Bereeven Buddhist monastery
You will trek to Baldan Bereeven Buddhist monastery through mountain foothill about 4-5hours for 17-19km. Visit the main renewed temple and explore all magic around the ruin of an ancient monastery. In the evening, you will involve preparation of the dinner and enjoy learning how to cook Mongolian dish. Stay overnight in Ger of a nomad family. (B/L/D)
Day 5: Khurkh steppe
Today you will trek through open steppe of Khurkh about 5-6hours for 18-21km and continue drive to Ger camp. There you will stay in Steppe ger camp and can have refreshment and do washing. Stay overnight in Steppe Eco Ger camp.(B/L/D)
Day 6: Uglugch Wall
After having hearty breakfast, you will do trekking to Uglugch wall. On the way we will cross small river of Uglugch. Exploring around the ancient burial & archaeological site, and surrounding nature. For the dinner, we will have a traditional meal “Khorkhog”, truly Mongolian barbeque! This is going to be made in real traditional way the meat dish is grilled with hot stones and has a unique taste. Stay overnight in Steppe Eco Ger camp. (B/L/D)
Day 7: Avraga Toson
Travel to mineral water lake in Avarga Toson. The water and sludge from this region are used for the treatment of various diseases. Stay overnight in Ger camp.(B/L/D)
Day 8: Ikh Gazriin Chuluu beautiful granite rocks
Travel to “Ih Gazriin Chuluu” mountain is Mongolia`s largest granitic side. This mountain landscape will catch your eyes on sharp pointed picks, interesting beautiful rock cliffs.The mountain direction is wide spread from north to south at 20 km, Erlug – is the highest pick approximately 1706 meters. On the surface of Ih Gazar there are about 40 caves, the largest among them called Toonot, Aguyt, Ehiin umai, Rashaant. There are unique stone statues – Unaa khad, Boov khad, Lusyn ezen and other. Day 9: Baga Gazriin chuluu
Travel to “Baga gazriin chuluu” for 130 km. Here we can enjoy a beautiful walk through wonderful nature Beautiful simplicity with strangely shaped granite rocks. Baga Gazriin Chuluu is a 15km long and 10 km wide stone massif, is located 30 km to the Southeast of Adaatsag sum. The highest point is Tahilgat Mountain /1768 m/ in the Northwest part of the stone massif. Over 20 kinds of medical herbs and many species of animals such as wild sheep, ibex and marmot exist here, “Surtiin am” is one of the many beautiful places in Baga gazriin stone massif. Day 10: Zorgol Khairkhan
Travel to Zorgol Khairkhan Mountain, giant rocky granite mountain as sacred by local nomads. Stay overnight in Ger of a nomad family. (B/L/D)
Day 11: Hustai National Park
Travel to Khustai National Park for 170 km. Hustai National Park encompassing an area of 50.620hectare is the habitat of resurrected wild Mongolian horses, popularly known as Takhi (Przewalski’s Horse). Explore the park to see the Takhi horses in the wilderness followed by a visit to Turkish historical Ungut, the ancient graveyard of 7th century. Stay overnight in Ger Camp.(B/L/D)
Day 12:Travel back to urban civilization
Today you will travel for 90kms to Ulaanbaatar. Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and transfer to your hotel. Guided shopping for cashmere and souvenirs. Enjoy a farewell dinner. Stay overnight in hotel***. (B/L/D)

Highlights
Uglugchiin kherem
It is situated in the Daichin mountain pass with a forest of pine and larch 45km southwest from Batshireet Soum, Khentii Aimag and 8-10km from confluence of Ugluch and Bayangol rivers. Uglugchiin Kherem is a fortress of neatly placed stone propped up against the mountain. It is 2.5-3m high, 2,5m wide and approximately 3km long. 2 gate traces have left in the front section. There are some remains of rolled-earth dams inside the fortress, but some of them are barely distinguished from the ground. However, there weren’t any traces of building. A terrace of clay just attached to inside of the fortress is regarded to be a platform where the 12th-14th century archers stood on.
