Day 1: Ulaanbaatar
Arrive in Ulaanbaatar , meeting with guide and transfer to hotel. City tour: visit Sukhbaatar square and National history museum. Dinner and overnight at hotel. (D)
Day 2: Ulaanbaatar-Khogno khan
Early in the morning drive to Khogno Khaan tourist resort /280km/. On the way have box lunch. Arrive at Khogno Khaan and transfer to gers at camp. Trekking to the ancient monastery ruin which is 10 kms from the camp. The monastery was opened by 1st Holly king Zanabazar during 17th century and when there was a war between 2 Mongol tribes /western and central/ it was destroyed completely, but now the local old lady decided to reconstract the monastery and she reaches to really good success. Now the monastery has some lamas who are chanting for whole day. The monastery is located in really nice place right in front of the high rocky mountain. Overnight stay in gers at camp. (B/L/D)
Day 3: Khogno khan-Karakorum-Tsenkher hot spring
After breakfast drive to Erdene Zuu monastery /70 kms/ which is Mongolian 1st Buddhist monastery which was built in 13th century. See the turtle stone. Drive to Tsenkher hot spring /110km/ arrive at camp. And free time around the forest area. Overnight stay in ger at camp. (B/L/D)
Day 4: Tsenkher hot spring camp – Taikhar stone
Drive to Taikhar stone and visit to country museum in Tsetserleg town. Drive back to Tsenkher hot spring. Overnight stay in ger at camp. (B/L/D)
Day 5: Tsenkher hot spring –Khogno khan
Drive back to Khogno Khaan resort (200kms). Enroute: having lunch. No particular sightseeing.
Arrive at at the camp. Tour of Sand dunes /5kms/. The nature around Khogno Khaan is of a unique natural contrast place combining Mongolian Gobi and Khangai landscapes. Impresses by its majestic rock mountains, sandy hills and the willow grove nearby the river “Shiluustei” and the beautiful mountain “Khognokhaan”. Dinner at the camp and overnight in ger. (B/L/D)
Day 6: Hustai national park
Drive to Hustain preserved area where the wild horses live. Trekking around the national park and overnight stay in ger at Hustain. (B/L/D)
Day 7: Ulaanbaatar
Breakfast at camp. Drive to Ulaanbaatar. After lunch at local restaurant, visit Natural history museum. Souvenir shopping in downtown (Department Store).Gala-Good bye dinner with Folk and Dance PerformanceOvernight at hotel. (B/L/D)

KHOGNO KHAAN
Khogno Khan Natural Reserve covers 46,990 hectares of land and is located in Rashaant county of Bulgan province. The taiga and steppe plants grow in this area and represent two or three different natural zones.

Erdene Zuu Monastery
In 1580s, by the order of Dalai Lama first temple of Erdenezuu monastery was built on the ruin of Mongolian ancient capital city Kharkhorin. By 1792s there were 62 temples, over 500 buildings nearby. The monastery was registered in “ Heritage of Mongolia” by UNESCO.

Karakorum Ancient capital
Karakorum was the capital of Great Mongolia Empire in thirteenth century. It is located on the right bank of Orkhon river, 400 km south-west of Ulaanbaatar which is the current capital of Mongolia. All around this stronghold, craftsmen's and traders' quarters and other houses were gradually built, until, by about 1230, the area had taken on the appearance of a town.

Taikhar stone
Thaikhar stone 20m high, big granite Taikhar rock has an interesting story. Once upon a time, a giant snake came out of a hole and started swallowing local people and animals. Local people asked for a help from a strong brave man named Bukhbilegt (Strong and wise). A brave man, Bukhbilegt went to save the people from the giant snake and grabbed a big stone from Bulgan Mountain to threw at the giant snake. He fought with the giant snake and pushed it to the hole and put the big rock on its head.

Khustai Nuruu Protected area
This National Park is a fine example of the wide river valleys separated by hilly terrain that characterize forest steppe. There are dozens of wild animals such as wolves, deer, and Przewalski horse which was reintroduced in 1990 with a cooperation of the Foundation Reserves for the Przewalski Horse and the support of Dutch Government. Since that time Takhi was lived in the zoo parks around the world. Year 1992 was a new stage of Wild horse’s life and its history. Khustai national park was established in order to host reintroduction project of Takhi in 1993.
